Role & responsibilities
- Create complete 3D models and 2D detail drawings for mold assemblies, including core, cavity,gating, colling and ejection systems.
- Design for manufacturability: Evaluate prodcut design and modify them to prevent defects such as warpage, sink marks and air traps
- Maintain and repair plastic moulding machines and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Exp more than 2 years
- Qualification TOOL ROOM DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
- Shifting Duty ( A B C) Three Shift
- 10 Hours Duty
( Preferred industries :- Thermo-form Industries, PP Sheet Extrusion, PET.)
