INBOUND TECH SUPPORT VOICE PROCESS

Job Role: Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e-mails etc. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.

Candidate's profile:

- Must have dialled in International Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
- Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
- Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
- Must be very fluent in English.
- Must be comfortable for Night shift.
