Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Principal to lead our ICSE school with a strong focus on academic excellence, student development, and effective school administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of the school.
- Ensure implementation of the ICSE curriculum and maintain high academic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement school policies, academic plans, and student welfare initiatives.
- Monitor student performance and promote holistic development.
- Build strong relationships with parents, management, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with CISCE guidelines and statutory regulations.
- Manage school operations, admissions, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Foster a safe,



inclusive, and positive learning workplace.

Requirements:

- Master's degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the ICSE/CISCE curriculum and educational policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in school administration and team management.
- Female candidates only.
