The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop high-quality, user-centered design concepts for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research to ensure design consistency and feasibility.

- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards for consistent design across products.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles, design thinking methodologies,



and user experience best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.

- Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing responsive, interactive, and engaging user interfaces.

- Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
