Job Summary

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees across all departments. The role requires frequent travel to branch locations to conduct classroom and on-the-job training, monitor implementation, and improve employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver induction, functional, sales, product, and leadership training programs.
- Conduct classroom and field training for Branch Managers, Sales Teams, CREs, Operations Executives, and other employees.
- Develop training calendars, manuals, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and business requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance improvements.
- Conduct refresher training and coaching sessions at branch locations.
- Support new branch openings with employee training and operational readiness.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and monthly training MIS.
- Collaborate with HR and Business Heads to improve employee productivity and customer experience.
- Ensure all employees are trained on company policies, compliance,



customer service standards, and operational procedures.

Mandatory Travel Requirement

- Willingness to travel 1015 days per month to conduct training programs, audits, and employee coaching.
- Candidates who are comfortable with travel and field training will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training techniques.
- Experience in designing training content using PowerPoint and other digital learning tools.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and influence employees across different levels.
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Eligibility

- 5- 8 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development.
- Experience in multi-location or retail operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
