Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities on a daily basis to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient assembly process execution.
- Conduct quality checks on battery packs before dispatching them to customers.
- Implement improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce defects.
- Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Battery Pack Assembly, EV/EV Components, or related fields.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Solid skills in BMS testing, Daily Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Monitoring, Shop Floor Management, Quality Management, Technical Management, Training.
