Key responsibilities of the position
- Preparation of Commercial Part of Bid document for Project for metal & mining/ power/ chemical/ oil & gas industry (EPC/LSTK Tender, Item Rate, Licensing Mode and BOO Tender) comprising of NIT, General Conditions, Draft Contract, Price formats etc.
- Evaluation of commercial offers of bidders comprising of contractual terms and conditions
- Prepare tender evaluation report.
- Preparation of Contract document/Work Order
- Prepare Contractual response letters.
- Prepare & manage contractual claims
- Closure of contract
Skills & Competencies
- Must have handled Govt/PSU tender and contracts especially for Industrial/Manufacturing Plant.
- Proficient in English
- Well versed with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Ability to interpret Project Schedule
- Basic understanding of indirect taxation
