Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Azure AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will leverage Microsoft Azures AI ecosystemincluding Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and AI Searchto build intelligent, scalable applications, Agentic workflows, and Enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generative AI & Application Development

- Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4, Embeddings, DALL-E) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing Azure AI Search (formerly Cognitive Search) and vector databases.
- Build custom AI agents, fine-tune models, and design efficient prompt engineering strategies to meet complex business logic requirements.

2. Azure AI Services Integration

- Integrate Azure AI Services (Vision, Speech, Language, Document Intelligence/Form Recognizer) into core business applications via REST APIs and SDKs.
- Develop custom conversational AI bots using Azure Bot Service and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles (governance,



bias detection, content safety, transparency, and data privacy using Azure AI Content Safety).

3. Solution Architecture & Cloud Integration

- Collaborate with enterprise architects and cloud teams to design secure, scalable cloud architectures using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), and Key Vault.
- Work alongside MLOps/DevOps teams to implement CI/CD deployment pipelines for AI workloads using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Core Azure AI Suite: Deep experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Language, and Speech/Vision services.
- Programming & Frameworks: Robust proficiency in Python or C# / .NET, with expertise in AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
- Search & Vector DBs: Experience with hybrid search, vector embeddings, and indexing techniques (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, or FAISS).
- API Development: Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless compute (Azure Functions).
- Cloud Security: Solid understanding of Azure RBAC, Managed Identities, Virtual Networks (VNet), and API security.
