Role & responsibilities :

- Define and execute the organization's technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Lead architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software products.
- Drive innovation in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Automation, and Digital Transformation Solutions.
- Lead development of SaaS products including HRMS, CRM, LMS, Vendor Management System, Billing Solutions, AI Chatbots, Planning Systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Establish software engineering standards, coding practices, architecture guidelines, and DevSecOps culture.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud-native applications.
- Oversee UI/UX, Backend Development, QA, DevOps, Database Administration, and Infrastructure teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams for solution design, technical proposals, and client presentations.
- Lead technology research and evaluate emerging technologies for business opportunities.
- Establish cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT governance practices.
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution, engineering productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Mentor technical leaders and develop future technology talent within the organization.
- Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and technology investments.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, technology forums, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Skills:

- Strong software architecture and system design expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing, distributed systems, APIs,



microservices, and enterprise application development.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Experience

12years to 18 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, Engineering Head, Technical Director, or Solution Architect. Experience in SaaS Product Development, IT Consulting, ERP/CRM/HRMS, Cloud Solutions, and AI-enabled applications is preferred.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline. MBA (Technology Management) is desirable. Relevant certifications in Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Cyber Security, AI/ML, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
