Job Description: Purchase Manager- FMCG Export

Department: Procurement

Experience: 5-10 years (FMCG sourcing preferred)

Qualification: Graduate

Role Overview
The Purchase Manager will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor
development, and cost optimization to support competitive export pricing and uninterrupted supply.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop sourcing strategy aligned with export market demand
• Identify and onboard reliable vendors for FMCG products
• Lead price negotiations to ensure competitive landed cost
• Work closely with Sales team on target pricing & product feasibility
• Monitor commodity price trends and manage procurement risks
• Ensure product quality, compliance (FSSAI/export norms), and packaging standards
• Plan procurement based on sales forecasts and order pipeline




• Optimize inventory levels and reduce holding costs
• Build alternate sourcing channels to mitigate supply risks
• Handing vendor payments
• Recovering of payment in case of dispute with the vendor
• Handling & resolving vendor dispute
• Network with all the purchase channels Modern Trade, General Trade, Institutional, HORECA, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Export,
• All India Network
• Work in ERP Software.
