Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnership

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Provide HR guidance and support on people-related matters.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
- Support business growth through HR interventions and workforce planning.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements.
- Support recruitment and selection processes.
- Monitor hiring metrics and workforce productivity.
- Ensure timely closure of critical positions.

3. Performance Management

- Drive goal-setting, performance review, and appraisal processes.
- Coach managers on performance improvement plans.
- Ensure performance management practices are implemented effectively.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.




- Conduct employee feedback and pulse surveys.

5. Learning & Development

- Identify capability gaps and training needs.
- Coordinate leadership and functional development programs.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

6. Compensation & Advantages

- Support annual compensation reviews and salary benchmarking.
- Provide insights on retention risks and compensation trends.
- Ensure effective communication of benefit programs.

7. HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain HR data integrity and MIS reporting.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, hiring, and productivity.
- Present actionable insights to management.
- Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports.
