We are looking for a skilled Senior System Architect with expertise in Pega and CSSA to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in overall Pega projects, including at least one project as a PEGA Customer Service (CS) consultant.

Roles and Responsibility

- Configure CS case types, data models, SLAs, and ConstellationCosmos views.

- Build integrations with reusable connectors, robust exception handling, retry, idempotency, and monitoring hooks.

- Create and maintain PegaUnit tests, contribute to performance test preparations, and fix issues.

- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to reusables and pipeline templates.

- Support AINLP configurations, intents, sentiment, and knowledge article tagging.

- Execute build integrations and test automation with solid guardrail adherence and documentation quality.

Job Requirements

- Mandatory: Pega CSSA certification.

- Plus: Badges in Customer Service and Digital Messaging.

- Experience: 6-10 years in overall Pega projects, including at least one project as a PEGA Customer Service (CS) consultant.

- Strong understanding of Pega configuration stages, steps, assignments, SLAs, goals, deadlines,



escalations, and correspondence.

- Proficiency in integration mapping REST connectors, authentication profiles, service packages, structured error handling, and response normalization.

- Knowledge of Data decision, data pages, report definitions, decision tables, trees, basic strategy rules, testing CICD, PegaUnit scenario tests, understanding of Deployment Manager pipeline artifacts and approvals.

- Familiarity with Performance awareness, PDCs (eg, PEGA0005PEEGA0020), clipboard sizing, pagination, and caching basics.

- Understanding of Documentation hygiene, tech designs, API specs, runbooks, and release notes.

- Nice to Have: Constellation UI patterns, DX API collaboration with frontend teams, CDH touchpoints, and NBA in CSR context.

- GenAI-assisted features in case design summarization and suggested replies.
