We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in technical project management, APM delivery, and asset performance management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project planning, milestone tracking, and execution control.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead end-to-end delivery of APM and Asset Criticality Assessment programs for downstream Oil Gas facilities.

- Develop project execution plans, define workstreams, manage milestones, and coordinate deliverables across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and IT teams.

- Manage scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

- Coordinate cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder governance.

- Track RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Dependencies, Incentives, and Schedule) and report status.

- Provide leadership communication and facilitate workshops.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical project management,



APM delivery, and asset performance management.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PM, GE APM Meridium, IBM Maximo, ISO 55000 Asset Management, API RP 580/581 Compliance, and Asset Hierarchy Development.

- Experience in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), risk-based inspection (RBI), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).

- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop maintenance strategies.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Familiarity with industrial IoT technologies and trends is an added advantage.
