Job Title: Software Testing Engineer

Synopsis:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester with 4-5 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid functional testing skills, excellent defect reporting capabilities, and experience working in Agile environments. Exposure

to test automation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications across multiple platforms.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, usability, and cross-browser/device testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.




- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and QA sign-offs.

Required Skills:

- 4-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Hands-on experience testing web and Android/iOS mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Understanding of SQL/database validation.
