Candidate with minimum 4 -8 yrs of experience in supply chain finance / working capital loans. •
Acquire and build business relationships with recent customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones. •
Interaction with the local anchors and garner lead and generate business.
Monitor and maintain credit quality to ensure minimal non-performing advances.
Cross-sell products to maximize business from each customer.
Ensure adherence to control systems to minimize risk of loss to the bank.
Present / recommend proposals to the relevant sanctioning authority.
Initiate discussions with Credit Risk/ Risk / Compliance Team.
Monitor customer performance through regular review of accounts, customer visits and financial statements. Manage Portfolio hygiene, PDDs and Renewals on timely basis
