Job Description

We are hiring an experienced National Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for Active LED Displays, Digital Signage, Video Walls, and Commercial AV Solutions. The role involves developing enterprise business, managing key accounts, expanding channel partnerships, and driving large project sales across corporate, retail, government, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive enterprise and project sales of Active LED Displays and Digital Signage solutions.
- Build relationships with System Integrators, AV Consultants, DOOH agencies, Architects, Channel Partners, and Enterprise Clients.
- Manage key accounts, government tenders, Smart City, Airport, Metro, and infrastructure projects.
- Achieve sales targets through solution selling, channel development, and business expansion. Team Management




- Coordinate with technical and presales teams for project execution.

Requirements

- 612 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Active LED Displays, Video Walls, Digital Signage, Commercial AV, or AV Integration.
- Robust experience in Project Sales, Solution Selling, Key Account Management, Government Tenders, and Channel Sales.
- Existing network with System Integrators, AV Consultants, DOOH agencies, or Corporate Infrastructure clients is highly preferred.
- Willing to travel extensively (approximately 15 days/month).
- Immediate joiners (within 15 days) preferred.
