We are hiring a Category Manager for a Multi-billion-dollar company under its Cafe Business division.

Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai.

Experienced: 1years+

Responsibilities:

1. Work with category managers to identify customer focused opportunities suggested by the Category Plan framework including range innovations, supplier management and a promotional calendar

2. Participate in negotiations with suppliers

3. Support the execution of all promotions, initiatives and range innovations to drive sales and margin improvements

4. Work with Price Book Supervisor to ensure that all promotions and products are correctly set up

5. Work with Supply Chain team to ensure correct promotional forecasts are factored in, and that appropriate stock levels are sent to stores

6. Support the creation of communications for Operations and Store teams communicating all promotions activities

7. Work closely with Operations teams to ensure that all activations and promotions are properly executed at store level

8.



Support the monitoring and reviewing of Category performance identifying areas of under and over performance Monitor impact of actions on a weekly performance basis and adjust as necessary in an action-oriented approach

9. Support assessment of range and assortment based on performance and identify range innovation changes necessary to deliver plan performance Support production of accurate forecasts for all income streams (supplier investment and waste) to feed into monthly plan cycle
