Reports To: General Manager – Projects / COO

Position Summary

The Execution Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of painting and finishing projects for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. The role requires solid expertise in Quantity Surveying (QS), project execution, civil engineering, finishing works, planning, quality, safety, billing, and client coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete execution of painting and finishing projects from mobilization to final handover.

Coordinate with builders, architects, consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and clients.

Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource deployment.

Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project contracts.

Handle Quantity Surveying (QS), quantity estimation, measurement, reconciliation, and billing.

Monitor productivity, project costs, wastage, and profitability.

Supervise site engineers, supervisors, painters, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ensure proper application of paints, coatings, waterproofing, textures, and protective coating systems.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.

Coordinate procurement and timely availability of materials.

Verify contractor bills, client RA bills, and final bills.

Track project progress using MIS reports and review timelines regularly.

Ensure timely project completion with zero customer complaints.





Lead project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.

Develop and mentor project execution teams.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered with extensive experience.

Certification in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or PMP is an added advantage.

Experience

Execution Manager: 8–12 years

Senior Manager – Execution: 12–18 years

Experience in paint companies, construction companies, finishing contractors, faade/fit-out companies, or building materials industry.

Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, industrial, hospitals, hotels, malls, IT parks, and institutional projects.
