Role & responsibilities :
We have an excellent chance for an HR Head HO & Factory Operations with a well-established manufacturing company.
Role Highlights:
- Lead complete HR operations for both Head Office and Factory
- Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Manage Industrial Relations, Labour Law Compliance, Factory HR and Contractor Compliance
- Work closely with the Director/GM on HR strategy
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 10+ years of HR experience in Manufacturing/Factory environment
- Strong experience in Labour Laws, IR, Payroll, HR Operations, and Compliance
