- Source and recruit candidates through field activities, job fairs, walk-ins, and local networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment or field sales (any industry).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Mumbai for recruitment activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
