- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Orchestration
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, Discovery schedules, and patterns.
- Implement and manage Service Mapping for business services and applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk).
- Work on Event Management including alert correlation, event rules, and dashboards.
- Ensure CMDB health by managing:
- Data normalization
- Data reconciliation
- CI relationships
- Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts using:
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITSM, SecOps, DevOps).Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Hands-on with:
- Discovery & Service Mapping
- CMDB & CSDM model
- Event Management




- Knowledge of:
- REST/SOAP integrations
- MID Server setup and troubleshooting
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred)
- Good scripting skills in JavaScript
- Understanding of ITIL processes

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM
- Experience with:
- Cloud Discovery
- Kubernetes / Containers
- Automation & orchestration tools

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Knowledge of AIOps / Predictive Intelligence
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
