Job Purpose:

Evaluate new technologies for application growth and enhancements.

Ensure change and release processes are followed.

Handle critical security incidents and root cause analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

Review system performance, identify bottlenecks, evaluate recent technologies.

Engage incident management, resolve problems, address security incidents.

Manage inventory, CMDB, augment capacity.

Participate in complex projects, track invoices, provide data.

Implement ITPP, manage DB support renewal, implement baselines.

Monitor and tune performance (Weblogic, Oracle DB, Linux OS).

Project management, review architecture, create knowledge base, support UAT.

Manage vulnerability fixes and patch management.

Document, review vendor performance, escalate issues, initiate SIPs.

Collaborate with vendors for solutions, negotiations, agreement signoffs.





Ensure IT policy, process, audit compliance (RBI, SoX).

Remediate audit observations, ensure hygiene, review KPIs.

Drive end-to-end planning and execution of technology projects.

Educational Qualifications:

B.E / MCA / M.Sc. (CS)

Key Skills:

Network and Network Security technologies (Firewall, SSL).

Operating Systems (Linux, Solaris, AIX).

Database technologies (Oracle DB, SQL Server).

Communication skills, positive attitude, tech certifications.

Team handling experience (5-7 members).

Development skills (Java JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, Python, Shell).

Hands-on Unix / RHEL / Windows.

RDBMS - Oracle / MSSQL.

Weblogic application server administration.

Web application lifecycle and architecture.

Problem Solving Skills.

Key and certificate management.

Payment Gateway knowledge.

Experience Required:

8-11 years.

Banking exposure preferred.

Major Stakeholders:

Internal: Vendors, Cross-functional IT Team Leads.

External: Bank Business stakeholders.
