Job Summary: This role is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the strategic initiatives that drive the company's long-term growth and competitive advantage. This role involves conducting market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Development:

• Lead the development of the company’s strategic plan, including long-term goals and objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.

2. Business Analysis and Insights:

• Analyze internal and external data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.

• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

• Present findings and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.

3. Project Management

• Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.





• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic projects.

• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues.

4. Innovation and Growth

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansions.

• Lead the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners.

• Communicate the strategic vision and objectives to all levels of the organization.

• Facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic planning tools.

6. Performance Management

• Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives

• Conduct regular reviews of strategic performance and adjust plans as necessary.

• Ensure that the organization’s strategic performance and adjust plans as necessary.
