Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Collections Executives for a 1st Party Collections Process. The role involves interacting with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of dues while maintaining a positive customer relationship and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers for payment reminders
- Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

- HSC passed or Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply)
- Valuable command of English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Work Schedule:

- 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs
- US Shifts (including night shifts)

Salary:

- 2 LPA to 4.5 LPA (based on experience and performance)





Transport Boundaries:

- Western Line: Churchgate to Virar
- Central Line: CST to Thane (Main City)
- Harbour Line: CST to Vashi
