About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate AI Native Developer who can help us build intelligent, AI-first solutions across our business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, automation, and real-world problem solving, and wants to create impactful products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and identify areas where AI can drive efficiency and ROI
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions (GenAI, ML models, automation tools)
- Evaluate and decide between in-house development vs external AI tools/agencies
- Develop and deploy applications using Python and Machine Learning frameworks
- Work on end-to-end AI implementation from ideation to deployment
- Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) into business workflows
- Continuously research and experiment with latest AI tools and technologies





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning & Generative AI (GenAI)
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models
- Knowledge of AI deployment (APIs, cloud, production environments)
- Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.
- Ability to analyze problems and build practical AI solutions
