Synopsis:

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to independently own and drive end-to-end quality assurance across our web, mobile, API, and backend applications. As a robust individual contributor, you will balance core manual testing with building scalable automation frameworks, while also leading specialized testing initiatives (performance, accessibility, and

security) and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Automation & API: Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI and APIs; integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Core & Specialized Testing: Design and execute regression test suites, run performance/load tests, validate WCAG A/AA accessibility compliance, and perform basic OWASP Top 10 security checks.
- Agile & Leadership:



Provide QA estimates in Scrum ceremonies, manage the defect lifecycle, and mentor junior QA resources or interns.

Required Skills:

- Core QA: 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and RESTful APIs.
- Automation Tools: Hands-on expertise with Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Performance & NFRs: Practical project experience with JMeter or K6.
- Compliance & Security: Working knowledge of WCAG A/AA standards and basic security concepts (OWASP Top 10).
- Process & Tools: Strong background in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
