Role & responsibilities

Lead integration of multi-disciplinary project components across design, construction, and digital platforms

- Ensure seamless data exchange between BIM, IDDP, GIS, ERP, and other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align workflows and integration touchpoints
- Define and implement integration strategies, standards, and protocols for project delivery
- Monitor integration performance, resolve interface issues, and ensure system interoperability
- Map project scope, cost, schedule, and design data into a unified digital platform for real-time visibility
- Conduct impact analysis of scope changes and update integrated systems accordingly
- Manage vendor/partner coordination for API, middleware, and platform integrations
- Prepare integration documentation, interface control records, and system architecture guidelines
- Provide regular reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership on integration progress and risks
- Train and mentor project teams on integration tools, processes, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and contractual obligations across all integrated systems
