- Drive customer retention initiatives for the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio.
- Monitor insurance business performance, MIS, and portfolio analytics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Handle reconciliations related to insurance business and payouts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Work closely with sales, operations, product, finance, and insurance partners to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile :
- Hands-on experience in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis).
- Proven experience in customer retention for Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP)business.
- Experience in insurance business management, compliance, reconciliation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
Experience:
Relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP portfolio retention and insurance business management preferred.
