Role & responsibilities :-

• Develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based products.

• Work with hardware and PCB teams to define interfaces, validate designs, and ensure robust

system performance.

• Implement and optimize communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, RS-

485, Ethernet, or BLE/Wi-Fi (as applicable).

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented embedded C/C++ code.

• Perform firmware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG/SWD, and protocol

analyzers.

• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and validation procedures.

• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and reliability assessments.

• Support field deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of released

products.

• Maintain firmware versioning, change logs, and release documentation.

Requirements





• Strong knowledge of embedded C/C++, RTOS concepts, and microcontroller architecture

(PIC, STM32, ESP32, ARM Cortex-M, or similar).

• Valuable understanding of digital/analog electronics, sensors, ADC/DAC, and power electronics

basics.

• Experience with bootloaders, memory management, and low-power firmware design.

• Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools and lab equipment.

• Understanding of firmware security, reliability, and system robustness.

• Strong analytical skills and a systematic engineering mindset.

• Professional, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
