Role & responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems such as Windows 10/11.
- Handle user issues related to email, MS Office, VPN, internet connectivity, and software applications.
- Support basic networking issues including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Create and manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
- Log and track incidents/service requests using ticketing tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide onsite and remote support to users.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and remote support tools.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
