- Handle international customer inquiries and incidents, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Conduct software testing and evaluate compatibility with existing hardware and programs.

- Assist in setup, troubleshooting, and testing of software products in various IT environments.

- Collaborate with presales teams to resolve technical queries remotely via web conferencing.

- Train and mentor support team members on software functionality and customer service best practices.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in software product support, preferably in an international context.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows server system administration; certification is a plus.

- Technical proficiency in virtualization platforms such as VMware Horizon, Citrix XenDesktop, and Microsoft RDS/RemoteFX.

- Familiarity with Networking, Firewall, Operating System Policies, SQL, IIS, HTTP, HTTPS protocols, and SSL certificates.





- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems; knowledge of Linux commands is beneficial.

- Experience with ticketing systems and software maintenance practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform performance monitoring, security, and vulnerability testing.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

- Capability to create and maintain documentation for software applications, processes, and training materials.

- Experience in onboarding new employees and conducting software training sessions.
