Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.

- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a team lead or management role.
