Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the caf, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
- Supervise a team of baristas, providing guidance and training to improve performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stockroom organization.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in hospitality industry (caf or hotel).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of QSR principles and restaurant management practices.
