Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Post Graduate with 7 to 15 Years in Retail Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication
- Experience in retail store management, team handling, and customer service
- Solid leadership, sales management, and operational skills
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and retail operational schedules
- Experience in Lifestyle / Apparel / Premium Retail preferred.
