About the Role: We are hiring for Application Support role to support banking clients across India, ensuring seamless operations and delivering high-quality technical assistance.

Qualification: Bcom, BBI, BAF, BMS, B.Sc

Location: Seepz, Andheri East

Working hours: Rotational Shift with Rotational Week off

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 application support to banking clients.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and track client issues through their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to service timelines and SLAs.
- Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions before deployment to ensure smooth implementation.
- Support the implementation and integration of Core Banking Solution (CBS) modules across client locations.




- Work closely with banking clients to understand their business requirements and system workflows.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve bugs, enhancements, and integration-related concerns.

Skills Required:-

- Fresh graduates from Commerce, Finance, Banking, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of banking and financial concepts.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and travel for client engagements when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot application-related issues.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
