Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify current business opportunities through field sales activities, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients on various insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by selling insurance policies and growing the client base.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in insurance sales or related field (e.g., banking).
- Strong understanding of general insurance concepts and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
