KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Supervise and monitor warehouse operational activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time.
- Review and validate material requests and transactions within SAP Material Management (MM).
- Act as a checkpoint for all SAP entries before escalation to management and release to suppliers for purchase order creation.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies in material requests and correct them prior to further processing.




- Ensure accurate material classification and documentation based on sound material knowledge.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and SAP usage.
- Liaise with management and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely approvals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management

Experience:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or supply chain supervision.
- Handson experience using SAP MM in a warehouse or procurement environment.
- Experience reviewing material requests, inventory transactions, or purchase requisitions is highly desirable.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good working knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM).
- Solid understanding of warehouse materials and inventory processes.
- High attention to detail with strong review and validation capability.
- Ability to identify, analyse, and correct errors efficiently.
- Positive communication skills for coordination with internal teams and management.
