Web Developer – WordPress / HubSpot

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Office Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with expertise in WordPress and HubSpot to manage, maintain, and enhance our online presence. This role requires technical proficiency, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize websites for performance, usability, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and uptime.
- Create and update website pages, content, templates, and forms.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code using best development practices.
- Design responsive website layouts and UI/UX using HTML & CSS.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases, including HubSpot.
- Manage the full lifecycle of web projects — maintenance, expansion, and scaling of web presence.
- Stay updated with industry trends, recommending and implementing new technologies.
- Handle server maintenance and related tasks on platforms like Kinsta, WPEngine, Cloudflare.
- Ensure site security, session management,



and adherence to web architecture standards.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords.
- Perform SEO-related optimization to improve website rankings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using server/network diagnostics and analytics tools.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience in web programming, with a focus on WordPress and HubSpot.
- Robust HTML/CSS skills; advanced front-end development expertise.
- Familiarity with at least one back-end language: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with server-side applications on Kinsta, WPEngine, Cloudflare.
- Solid understanding of web application architecture, security, and session management.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with server/network diagnostics & analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
