Job Title: Specialist G&A; Controller and Audit Supervisor

Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Associate Director Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose: This role is responsible for analyzing critical expenses such as corporate selling, general and administrative (G&A;) costs, warranty provisions, and sales incentives. It also plays a key role in reviewing financial positions and driving timely audit closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed variance analysis of corporate G&A; expenses and present findings to finance leadership.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial presentations for leadership review.
- Manage intercompany reporting, including monitoring receivables and payables.
- Review balance sheet accounts, ensure GL hygiene, and present monthly updates.
- Identify organizational risk areas and recommend controls to improve financial and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with J-SOX and internal controls over financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors for group reporting, statutory reporting,



and internal audits.
- Drive timely completion of quarterly audits.
- Stay updated on Ind AS, IFRS, Income Tax, and Companies Act requirements, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Key Result Areas:

- Timely and accurate variance analysis of G&A; expenses.
- Accurate intercompany reporting and reconciliations.
- Monthly balance sheet reviews with leadership.
- Compliance with J-SOX and internal control documentation.
- Effective coordination with auditors for smooth audit closures.

Educational Qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (cleared within 3 attempts).

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of IND AS / IFRS accounting standards.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools.

Experience:

- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with exposure to audits, compliance, and reporting.
