Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution consulting, implementation, or technical delivery roles.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Solution Design
- Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Create solution architecture and deployment plans.

Implementation & Development
- Configure and customise the platform to meet customer requirements.
- Develop integrations with customer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Build prototypes, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and production-ready solutions.
- Support AI model integration, workflow automation, and data pipelines where applicable.

Deployment & Delivery
- Lead deployment activities and go-live support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams for feature enhancements.

Continuous Improvement
- Document best practices, deployment playbooks, and reusable components.




- Share customer insights with product teams.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on field experience.
