Key Responsibilities of RPO

Project Oversight:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines through effective planning, resource allocation, and daily task monitoring.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking work progress, engaging with hiring managers, conducting reviews, and managing escalations.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Delegate tasks efficiently within the team and ensure the daily submission of high-quality CVs.

Performance Reviews:

Conduct weekly MIS and tracker reviews every Friday. •Lead RPO support team reviews every Monday. •- Participate in weekly review meetings with Mary and TTS to align on progress and expectations.

Quality Assurance & Fulfilment: •Oversee CV quality checks, manage salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding with zero dropouts.

- Daily sharing CVs as per the targets




- Daily Co-ordinating with the our team and client for feedback and interviews
- •Daily Maintaining Trackers and dashboards, make sure RPO Team is updating without errors. Share the sheet weekly once with all the recruiters
- Sharing email confirmation on CV shortlist details with RPO team
- Interview scheduling and co-ordination, sitting in the interview with Hiring managers, maintain interview tracker
- Collecting feedback and communicating to the candidates
- Collecting questions to filter and screen right CVs from RPO team
- Document collection from selected candidates
- Reference check with the references shared by candidates post selection
- Any other time to time support required for HR team
