Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 3 7 years of experience in release management/coordination / DevOps support
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage end-to-end release cycles (build test deploy monitor)
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams for release readiness
- Maintain and track release calendars and schedules
- Ensure all release criteria and quality gates are met before deployment
- Manage deployment activities across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and conflicts
- Handle release communication (status updates, stakeholder notifications)
- Manage rollback and contingency plans
- Track and report release metrics and KPIs
- Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance

Technical Expertise

- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Monitoring tools: Datadog, Prometheus
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
