What Youll Do:

- Maintaining accurate books of accounts for Pension Fund schemes and the company.
- Preparing and reviewing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitoring and validating Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and fund accounting activities.
- Performing reconciliations of bank accounts, investment holdings, custodians, and depositories.
- Ensuring the precise accounting of investments, income accruals, expenses, and corporate actions.
- Coordinating with custodians, trustees, auditors, and regulatory authorities on accounting-related matters.
- Assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.




- Preparing regulatory reports and submissions in compliance with PFRDA, SEBI, the Companies Act, and applicable accounting standards.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and assisting in automation initiatives.
- Preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial analysis for management.

What Were Looking For:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
