Hiring Construction Head for a Real Estate Group

Location: Mumbai (Candidate should currently be based in Mumbai and be willing to work from Goa for the initial few months before transitioning back to Mumbai.)

Experience:

- 15-18 years of experience in real estate project execution.
- Proven experience in delivering high-end residential villa, township, or premium housing projects from inception to handover.

Role Overview

Lead the execution of multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from execution to handover.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, quality, safety, and costs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.




- Review project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams.

Desired Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 - 18 years of experience in construction/project execution.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be based in Goa initially and relocate to Mumbai as required.
