We're Hiring:
Assistant Manager / Executive Customer Experience
Location: Mumbai
Monday–Saturday: Multiple centres at Juhu & Bandra
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Languages Required:English & Hindi (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily centre operations
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Handle student and parent queries
- Follow up on admissions and leads
- Coordinate classes and centre activities
- Ensure an excellent customer experience
Who Can Apply?
Graduates with strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills. Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, admissions, administration, or operations is preferred.
