Role & responsibilities
* Manage assigned brands independently and drive business growth
* Develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns & recent product launches
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis & sales forecasting
* Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monitor ROI
* Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Training, Supply Chain & Finance teams
* Conduct field visits and support sales teams
* Build relationships with KOLs and manage key accounts
* Mentor Medical Representatives and support divisional initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
B.Pharm + MBA (Marketing)
13+ years of experience as Product Executive / Brand Manager
Experience in General Medicine / Cardio / Diabetic therapy is mandatory
Sales experience will be an added advantage
Age below 32 years
