Role & responsibilities

Handle and manage key wholesale customers and retail partners

Regularly stay in touch with customers through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and follow-ups

Coordinate order updates, dispatch status, and customer requirements

Manage payment follow-ups and collections in a skilled manner

Resolve customer queries and provide timely support

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication Skill

Ready to work - 6 days a week
