About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Creative Visualiser who can transform wedding and event concepts into visually stunning presentations and experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in event/wedding aesthetics, conceptualisation, branding, stage dcor visualization, and client presentation design.

This role requires someone who understands luxury wedding trends, color palettes, themes, mood boards, venue aesthetics, and can visually narrate concepts that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, themes, and visual directions for weddings and social events

Create high-quality mood boards, mock-ups, and event visual presentations

Design stage concepts, entry setups, dcor layouts, branding collaterals, and guest experience elements

Work closely with the Client Servicing and Operations teams for concept execution

Present creative ideas aligned with client expectations and budgets

Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and dcor partners for design feasibility

Stay updated with global wedding trends, luxury event styling, and design innovations





Ensure all creative outputs maintain premium aesthetics and brand standards

Handle multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines

Skills & Requirements

Relevant years of experience in wedding/events creative designing or visualisation

Strong understanding of wedding dcor aesthetics and luxury event styling

Excellent command over:

Adobe Photoshop

Illustrator

CorelDRAW

Canva

PowerPoint / Presentation Design

3D visualization tools (preferred)

Robust conceptual and storytelling abilities

Good understanding of colors, textures, lighting, and spatial design

Ability to think creatively while maintaining practicality for execution

Strong communication and presentation skills

Leadership capability to guide junior designers if required
