Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for gold loan portfolio, disbursements, collections, and closures
- Develop and automate dashboards for branch performance, LTV tracking, and auction cases
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation across systems
- Loan disbursements & outstanding portfolio
- Interest income & yield analysis
- Delinquency / overdue / NPA trends
- Auction pipeline and recovery efficiency
- Analyse branch-wise and region-wise performance and highlight gaps
- Provide analytical support for business queries and decision-making
- Coordinate with operations, credit, and collections teams for data requirements and issue resolution
- Support incentive calculation, productivity tracking, and sales MIS
- Assist in preparation of reports for RBI / audit / compliance requirements
- Maintain data for gold valuation,



audit trails, and risk monitoring
- Build and maintain dashboards using Excel / Power BI / Tableau
- Automate repetitive reports using macros / SQL / scripts
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- 34 years in MIS / Analytics role in NBFC / Banking / Lending
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Lookup, Power Query)
- Working knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau preferred
- Experience in handling large datasets and dashboarding
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Field
- Exposure to branch MIS, collections MIS, and auction processes
- Familiarity with core lending systems / LOS / LMS
