Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Support users with hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain system performance and update documentation.
- Assist in software installations and upgrades.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and networking.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
